iSurf Video; Team NRS surfs The Mill Wave

Team NRS - Devon Barker, Erin Clancey, Jud Keiser and Kurtis Perkins - surf the infamous "Mill Wave" on the Salmon River at Riggins, ID. The Mill Wave hasn't appeared for 6 years and Team NRS was lucky enough to witness both the wave's reincarnation and the last hot weather for the summer in Sept. 2009. The wave was in for almost 2 weeks then washed out with the fall rains.

Will, Brian, Dr. Matt, M.D. and Mike B. walk 'The Dog' 2 days before it ran off with the declining spring runoff. Since iSurf is "about the people" I was really bummed that the iSurf Video camera lost power and was unable to capture the Pratt boys (Tom, Brandon and brother-in-law) in their new JK Stars and "My name is Jonah" surfing like the wild men they are!

With the Stateline Bridge Replacement Project coming up, it's anybody's guess if and when we'll ever surf Dead Dog again? So this video may have some real significance as far as history goes? Keep yer paws crossed that Dead Dog will survive!
